Mosinee School District Press Release
A Mosinee Middle School teacher has been accused of inappropriate contact with a student. The Mosinee School District puts the safety of students first and foremost, and takes allegations such as this very seriously. The teacher in question was removed prior to spring break from the school and put on an administrative leave of absence while the initial investigation process was conducted by administration. The police were immediately notified and have also conducted their own independent investigation resulting in the official charges. The teacher in question will remain on administrative leave without access to school district property until such a time that this situation is resolved. To protect the confidentiality of students and staff, we will have no further statement today but will update parents, staff, and the community when new information becomes available.
