Dear Parents/Guardians,
First and foremost, we hope that all of our families and students are doing well in this unique time. Due to the most recent announcement regarding school closure through the remainder of this year, we are all trying to amend our thinking about how we may have thought the year would end, and doing our best to bring some comfort and closure to our students. There are many facets to this year’s closure, and one of them is returning student belongings. Our teachers and staff have been working hard to organize your son/daughter’s materials for pick up. Starting next week April 27 – May 1st parents and guardians can pick up student materials and drop off any library books, book bags, and classroom books that students may still have. If your child is still using the resources there will be other materials drop off at the end of May to return these items.
The following are the days and times for student pick up and drop of materials.
Monday, April 27th- 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 28th- 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 29th- 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Thursday, April 30th- 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May – 1st, 8:00 – 11:00 a.m. only
Attached are maps of each building’s parking lot to guide you through the pick-up/drop off process. You will be greeted by a staff member who will assist you with pick up/drop off. We ask that all family members remain in their vehicles and patiently wait for a staff member to greet you.
Please be understanding that this process will take some time so your patience is appreciated! We will all get through this together, and we are working hard to connect with and communicate with families and students during this time.
